I am back. Happy February to one and all! An early b-day or is that bidet, shout out, to Dave. He is the groundhog. Apparently, if Dave sees his shadow on his birthday, there is six more weeks of winter. I will have to find out tomorrow if Dave saw his shadow. That way I can arrange my planting schedule. I am a farmer, apparently. I do like to wrap my hands and fingers around 'hos, er hoes.
Well, on to the promised death. Ian Abercrombie died at 77. He was the actor that played Mr. Pitt on Seinfeld. I guess the pills Jerry had him take for his cold while in the drugstore, finally worked their magic. He joins Jerry's parents and Jack Klompas at the great gig in the sky.
Don Cornelius died at 75 from a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head. Don Cornelius was the host and producer, I believe, of Soul Train. Soul Train was the "black version" of American Bandstand (hosted by real white guy Dick Clark). They played good 70s R&B/soul music and the kids danced.
Don Cornelius had a righteous 70s afro. Had he still had that 'fro, there would not be a bullet around that could penetrate it. He would still be alive today. Long live the afro. It can save lives.
That is all for now. Thanks for coming out. Ciao!
